1. Who we are

2. Applicability
These terms apply to all offers and agreements made through this webshop. Where a distinction is made, a consumer is a natural person not acting for their business or profession, and a business customer is anyone who does, such as an installer. For consumers, mandatory statutory rules always take precedence over these terms.
3. Offer and prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you order. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on us.
4. Formation of the agreement
The agreement is concluded as soon as you have placed your order and payment has been initiated. We confirm your order immediately by email.
5. Payment
You pay at checkout using one of the payment methods offered. Business customers may, after approval, pay by invoice with a payment term of [14/30] days. In the event of late payment by a business customer, statutory commercial interest is due.
6. Delivery
We deliver within the period stated with the product and on the page Shipping and delivery, and no later than within 30 days. If this is not possible, a consumer may dissolve the agreement free of charge.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a cooling-off period of 14 days. All details and the model form can be found on the page Right of withdrawal and returns. You can also withdraw directly via Withdraw from your order. Business customers have no statutory right of withdrawal.
8. Conformity and warranty
The product complies with the agreement, the specifications in the offer and the reasonable requirements of soundness and usability. Consumers are always entitled to the statutory warranty. This is not affected by any additional warranty from us. Defects caused by incorrect installation, improper use or modifications are not covered by the warranty.
9. Installation and use
The Berrie mounting post must be installed according to the supplied instructions. Electrical connection of the charge point may only be carried out by a certified installer. Business customers are responsible for professional installation in accordance with applicable standards.
10. Liability (business customers)
Our liability towards business customers is limited to direct damage and to a maximum of the invoice amount of the product concerned. This limitation does not apply in the case of intent or deliberate recklessness.
11. Complaints
You can report complaints via [E-MAILADRES]. We will respond substantively within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it together, a consumer may submit the dispute to the competent court.
12. Applicable law
These terms and all agreements are governed by Dutch law. Consumers living in another EU country retain the protection of the mandatory rules of their own country.
