Delivery time
Orders placed on business days before [TIJD] are shipped [LEVERTIJD, e.g. the same day]. Delivery within the Netherlands takes [X] business days, to Belgium [X] business days. If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will let you know within 1 business day when you can expect it.
Shipping costs
Netherlands: free on orders from €55 (below that €6.95). Belgium and the rest of the EU: €12.95. Shipping costs are always shown at checkout before you pay. All prices on this website include VAT.
Delivery
We deliver via [VERVOERDER]. You will receive a tracking code by email as soon as your order is on its way. On receipt, check that the packaging is undamaged. If you see any damage, report it within 48 hours with photos via [E-MAILADRES].
