Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you buy as a consumer (not for your business), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This period starts on the day after you, or someone you designate, received the product.
How to withdraw
Let us know within this period that you wish to withdraw via the page Withdraw from your order, by email to [E-MAILADRES] or using the model form below. You will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt by email.
Returning the product
Send the product back within 14 days of your notification to: Berrie B.V., Wagenweg 66, 2012 NG Haarlem, the Netherlands. The cost of returning is at your expense. The product is large and heavy, so take the carrier's parcel rates into account.
During the cooling-off period you may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a shop. If the post has been mounted, damaged or scratched, we may charge for the reduction in value.
Refund
We refund the full purchase amount, including the standard shipping costs of the original delivery, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or you have shown that you have sent it back. We use the same payment method you used to pay.
Business customers
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases by businesses, such as installers. Business customers are subject to our terms and conditions. If in doubt, please contact us, we are happy to help.
